If you sign up during our early bird window (first 200 customers), your monthly rate will never increase - even as we add new features and raise prices for new customers. You keep your discounted rate as long as your subscription is active.

We will not cut you off mid-month. If you consistently exceed your plan's limits, we will reach out to help you move to the right tier. During early access, we are flexible - just talk to us.

No. Early access signup just requires your email and company info. We will notify you when the API is ready and you can choose your plan then. No credit card, no commitment.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade, the price difference is prorated. If you downgrade, you keep access to your current tier until the end of the billing cycle. Early bird discounts carry over when upgrading.

All plans include both JSON and PDF output. The API returns structured JSON data by default, and you can request a print-ready PDF with a single parameter. PDFs follow industry-standard formatting, including VICS-compliant BOL layouts.
